訊，新城市建設發展(00456)發佈公告，集團預期截至2022年12月31日止年度取得凈虧損不少於1億港元而2021年12月31日止年度取得凈虧損約6900萬港元。
公告稱，凈虧損增加乃主要歸因於集團持作出售物業的減值虧損較2021年增加約100%至7000萬港元。
