訊，人瑞人才(06919)公佈，於2022年6月17日，公司向204名合資格參與者授出合共1135萬份購股權，惟須待承授人接納後，方可作實。
公告稱，授出購股權的行使價為每股股份5.99港元，而聯交所每日報價表所註明股份於授出日期的收市價每股股份5.99港元。於授出的1135萬份購股權中，20萬份購股權為授予五名董事。
