訊，中植科技(08295)公告，集團預期於截至2022年3月31日止年度將取得介乎約8000萬元至9000萬元的公司擁有人應占凈溢利。去年同期取得公司擁有人應占凈溢利約2620萬元。
據悉，溢利增長主要歸因於在2020年10月15日完成收購King Nine Holdings Limited及其附屬公司後其於本年度所產生的溢利。
